Notice is hereby given under Section 10 of the Litter Pollution Act 1997, as amended, that Laois County Council has published a Draft Litter Management Plan 2018-2020.
A copy of the draft plan is available for public inspection for a period of eight weeks from 5th June to 3rd August 2018 during normal opening hours at the offices of Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, JFL Avenue, Portlaoise and downloaded during that time from www.laois.ie.
Comments/observations with respect to the proposed plan should be made in writing to:
